Shuishou’s life began in fear. The tiny kitten was found struggling by the riverbank, about to fall into the water. His previous owner, who had already abandoned him, wasn’t around. The moment Shuishou was pulled from the river, his body was trembling with cold and terror.

A Fresh Start with Patience and Care

Once brought home, Shuishou was given a warm bath to wash away the dirt and parasites. His ears were cleaned, and despite his timid nature, he was a well-behaved kitten. The first few days were quiet, as Shuishou was still adjusting to his new surroundings, but he quickly became accustomed to the gentle care.

The morning after he arrived, Shuishou made a small mistake—he went to the bathroom on the sofa. But his owner, with patience and understanding, cleaned up and immediately began teaching him how to use a litter box. By day 4, Shuishou had settled into his new home. He became incredibly affectionate, often climbing onto his owner’s shoulder to sleep or snuggle in her lap. He even started to sleep in bed beside her.

At first, her partner wasn’t sure about having a cat, but Shuishou’s sweet, loving nature won him over. Soon, he couldn’t resist the kitten’s charm and affection.

Special Nutrition for a Growing Kitten (Day 18 – Day 26)

Determined to ensure Shuishou’s health, his owner began preparing homemade meals for him—freshly cooked chicken, beef, organ meats, shrimp, and salmon, supplemented with vitamins. The nutritious meals worked wonders. Shuishou grew rapidly, becoming stronger and more vibrant with each passing day.

A New Friend Joins the Family (Day 43 – Day 50)

One day, Shuishou’s owner found another stray kitten, a little yellow cat, wandering outside. She decided to take the kitten in as a companion for Shuishou.

The two cats quickly bonded. After a short period of getting to know each other, they began playing together, creating mischief, and filling the house with joy.

A Happy, Playful Pair (Day 243)

Shuishou and his new friend, the yellow kitten, grew up side by side. Shuishou developed a love for watching cartoons, while the yellow kitten had an appetite that never seemed to end. Both cats became known for their quirky sleeping positions and their fearless adventures when taken out for walks in the neighborhood.

After 243 days, these once small, malnourished strays had blossomed into healthy, playful, and beautiful cats, full of life and happiness.
